  • What is Lush Motion?
    • Lush Motion is the brainchild of accomplished pole dancer Tatjana van Onna. It is the first company to combine pole and fitness workouts in one online platform. Launched at the end 2020 we aim to “move humanity to move”

  • What currency are the prices?
    • All our prices are listed in Euros and we accept all major credit cards worldwide. So even if you are based outside the EU, you are able to sign up and get access to unlimited pole and fitness classes. Anytime, anywhere.

  • When will I get billed for my membership?
    • If you have signed up to a yearly membership, the payment will recur on the same day every year. If you have signed up to a monthly membership the payment will recur on the same day every month.

  • How do I cancel my membership?
    • If you want to cancel your membership, simply log in to your account, click on dashboard, then billing and cancel your subscription. After cancelling your account, you will be able to access Lush Motion until the last day of your billing cycle, and will not receive a refund for the current month or year. For example, if your billing was on the 22nd of every month, and you chose to cancel your subscription on the 12th, you will have access to Lush Motion through to the 21st of the current month.

  • How long is the free trial?
    • The free trial for a Lush Motion membership is 7 days.

      On the 8th day, you will be charged your monthly or yearly fee of €20,- or €195,- respectively. Thereafter your monthly or yearly payment will recur on the same day of every month or year.

      For example, if your first payment is on the 15th of the month, your auto-renewal will remain on the 15th of the month for every subsequent billing cycle.

      If you do not cancel your free trial, you will be charged on the 8th day of your membership and will be able to cancel your payment for the following month.

  • Can I purchase individual videos without becoming a member?
    • We offer all our clients unlimited access to pole and fitness classes by means of a monthly or yearly membership. So it is unfortunately not possible to purchase individual videos or collections.

  • How can I mark classes as favourites?
    • While logged in and watching your favourite class, simply click on the heart icon below the video. This will create a separate category only visible to you with your favourite videos.

  • How often are new classes added?
    • We have decided to upload new classes every single week. Moreover we will not be removing any of our existing classes so our offering will be perpetually increasing.

  • On which devices can I watch my workouts?
    • Our website is optimised for computer-screens and mobile devices so you can take part in classes wherever you are, whenever you want.

      Additionally, you can watch your workouts on your TV by:

      Linking your iPhone phone or Mac computer using Airplay (your Apple TV must be at least 4th generation)

      Cast to a TV from your computer with Chromecast

      From your mobile phone using Android Screen Mirroring

      From your Samsung device with Galaxy Smart View

      Using an HDMI cord to connect a computer or laptop to your TV

  • How do I reset my password?
    • Forgotten your password? It happens to the best of us. Simply head over to the login screen and click on “forgot password” and we will send you instructions to reset your password.

  • How do I get to the homepage?
    • We have set up the website in such a way that you are always logged in. So if you want to head to the homepage, simply click log out in the top right and you will be taken to our homepage.

  • How can I redeem my voucher?
    • To redeem your voucher, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click redeem voucher in the footer. You will be redirected to the join page where you can enter your voucher details.

      Alternatively you can always just add your voucher code during checkout when you click on join.

  • What email am I logged in with?
    • While being logged in, simply click on dashboard in the top right and you will see all details of your membership, including name and email address.

  • I finished my 7 day trial. How do I become a member?
    • After you have finished your 7 day trial we will automagically transfer you to a paid membership and you will be charged your monthly or yearly fee of €20,- or €195,- respectively. Thereafter your monthly, yearly payment will recur on the same day of every month or year.

      For example, if your first payment is on the 15th of the month, your auto-renewal will remain on the 15th of the month for every subsequent billing cycle.

  • What kind of memberships does Lush Motion offer?
    • We have decided to keep it super simple and are offering you unlimited access to the first pole and fitness platform through one of two memberships. You can either sign up to the monthly membership for €20,- per month or the yearly membership for €195,- per year.

  • Why do you need my credit card for the free trial?
    • We ask for your credit card because it will be automatically charged for your Lush Motion membership once your free 7-day trial ends. You can cancel your membership at any time by heading to dashboard and then billing.

  • Can I change my billing date?
    • We do not currently have the ability to change your billing date.

      However, you will be able to change your date by canceling your membership and re-activating it on the day you'd like to be billed on. To do this, head to your dashboard to cancel your membership. Then, when the day rolls around that you'd like to be billed on, reactivate your membership.

  • Where do I update my credit card information?
    • You can update your credit card information by heading over to the dashboard and then clicking on billing.

  • How do I know if my level matches the level of the class I want to join?
    • We have worked hard to make the platform as simple and user friendly as possible. Which means that the levels of the various classes will be visible once you click on a collection (nested in a category). We have used a sliding scale of Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced to segment the classes. Also many of our classes are simply for all levels. So click around to find your next perfect workout.

  • How many classes a month can I attend?
    • We have thought about this long and hard and have ultimately decided to offer all of our members completely unlimited and uncapped access to all pole, strength, flexibility and skill classes. So dig in!

  • I have no experience at all, can I still attend all classes?
    • First of all kudos to you for taking the leap of faith. And to answer your question - yes - we have a wide array of classes many of which cater to beginners. So simply check out classes in the category that most appeases you and then look for the All Levels or Fundamentals sub section.

  • Do I need a pole (at home) to be able to do the workouts?
    • Having a pole at home is an amazing luxury and if you have one you will be able to do even more of our classes. Without a pole you are able to follow any classes in Flexibility, Body Shape, Dance and Skills. For the categories: Pole Technique and Exotic Pole you really will need a pole.

  • Where can I buy a pole if don't have one at home?
    • We have tried out a number of different poles and after careful consideration, have decided to partner with Lupit Poles as we have found Lupit to produce the highest quality poles and be most invested in continuously improving their products and extending their product ranges.   • I am looking to buy some (more) pole wear and accessories, can you recommend any shop?
    • We have tried out a number of stores and shops and have decided to partner with Poleshop.de as they have super high quality products, fast delivery times and great customer service. Check out their website here.

  • I want to become a pole instructor, from whom should I best get accredited?
    • The IPDFA PolePros Instructor courses have the highest accreditation in the industry, which is why we have partnered with them. They offer beginner, intermediate, advanced and masters courses which you can follow online. You can find more information here.

  • Are you handling my data in accordance with the GDPR?
